David HilbishDavid B. Hilbish
President, Augmentity

David Hilbish brought his passion for technology and what it does for people and organizations to Augmentity in 2007. As President of Augmentity, Hilbish guides an experienced management team and delivers a product and services portfolio that simplifies the technology experience for companies of all sizes. Hilbish specializes in establishing presence in new markets, sales and sales management in IT and OEM hardware, software and service organizations. In addition he is actively involved in Augmentity's marketing, brand strategy, corporate communications and global vision.

Hilbish brings 18 years of sales, marketing and executive management experience to Augmentity. He has held executive positions at Innovativ and sales positions at StorageTek, Sun Microsystems and Silicon Graphics. Most recently Hilbish served as the Vice President & General Manager of the Central Region at Innovativ. He held this position for 6 years and was responsible for all customer-facing activities: global sales, services, support and marketing across the Central Region.

David graduated from Purdue University with a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering & Software Engineering. In his spare time he is Flight Instructor, PADI SCUBA Instructor, enjoys traveling and fine wine and foods.





Robert C. NelsonRobert Nelson
Chief Operations Officer, Augmentity

Robert C. Nelson joined Augmentity in 2009 as the Chief Operations Officer and oversees many aspects of corporate growth. Nelson leverages his industry experience to create solutions and relationships that complement Augmentity's product portfolio and deliver unique value to customers and strategic business partners. He is responsible for evaluating new market opportunities and has helped to build and grow the hardware and software solutions organization.

Nelson has over a decade of leadership experience in the technology space having held positions at Agilysys, Exodus Communications and Sun Microsystems. Prior to joining Augmentity, Nelson spent the prior six years with Agilysys, formerly known as Innovativ, in their Sun Technology Solutions division. The last four years at Agilysys, Nelson served as Vice President of the Central Area of the Sun Technology Solutions division. During his tenure, Agilysys grew to be the largest Sun Microsystems Technology partner in the United States.

Bob graduated from Virginia Commonwealth University in 1993 with a Bachelor's of Science in Business. Bob is an avid sailor and actively campaigns his racing yacht on the Great Lakes.





Vince BuscarenoVince Buscareno
Vice President, Central Sales, Augmentity

Vince Buscareno has recently been appointed to the position of Vice President, Central Region, at Augmentity. Buscareno is responsible for growth and sales activity in the company’s Central Region. He has a strong focus on growing the company's customer base using the expansive portfolio of technology solutions delivered Augmentity.

Buscareno’s 17 years of industry experience, 14 of those years in the channel; include both Sales and Sales Management positions. He has spent the last six years with Incentra, most recently as the Midwest Regional President. His responsibilities in that role included managing and building regional sales, marketing, and engineering and the overall profitability of the region. Prior to joining Incentra, Vince worked for LSI Logic and then StorageTek where he served as Director of Regional Sales and managed several resellers in the Chicago area.

Vince gained his bachelor’s degree in business from Dominican University in River Forest, Illinois. He is also a member of several technology groups across the Midwest.
